27 Quinta Verde is beautifully designed and built to an extremely high specification with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa.

There are natural stone floors and under floor heating/cooling throughout. Tall ceilings and double doorways give the villa its spacious light feel.

Accommodation is shared over three floors, which, should there be more than one family staying here, affords privacy whilst allowing you all to stay in the same place.

Off of the hallway is a large sitting room with three patio doors leading out to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is ample seating and a 42” plasma television with DVD, Xbox 360 and a CD music system. The villa is also equipped with a full sky satellite TV package.

The kitchen and dining room are stunning. The dining room seats up to eleven people. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge, double sink plus the usual kitchen appliances of kettle and toaster. There is one high chairs for youngsters. The large central island unit has three stools, which creates a natural social environment.

Off of the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine tumble dryer and sink. There is also an iron and ironing board stored in the utility together with two travel cots.

Situated on the first floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and leads onto a large roof terrace. The master bedroom has extensive clothes storage with two double built-in wardrobes.

Bedroom two is also located on the first floor, has a double bed and also leads onto its own private balcony.

Located on the ground floor, bedroom three has a double bed. It has double doors leading to the terrace at the side of the villa.

Also located on the ground floor, bedroom four has two single beds, which makes it an ideal children’s room.

In the basement is bedroom five, which has two single beds, which makes it ideal as a children’s room. Although it is situated in the basement, this is an exceptionally light room.

There are en-suite bathrooms to all the bedrooms. The master bathroom has twin sinks, a separate bath and shower and W.C. Bathrooms 2, 3, and 4 all have twin sinks, a separate shower and W.C. Bedroom 5 has a single sink and a separate shower and W.C.

Dining al fresco is obviously a key feature of any summer holiday abroad and accessed from both the lounge and the dining room is the outside dining terrace with a table seating up to ten people. A mobile BBQ is located in the garage and can be used on the terrace for outdoor cooking.

The garden is a truly relaxing haven filled with an array of plants, shrubs and trees. There is a large 10x5 m heated swimming pool and a large terrace all around the pool with sun loungers and hammock. The lawn area surrounds the terrace and is a totally private garden.

There are 2 sets of golf clubs available for guests to use during their stay.
